Booking your vacation with Affinity Travel is simple and efficient.  By following the three simple steps below, together we can create the perfect vacation!

Tell Me About Your Vacation Dreams, Goals, and Plans

During our first call or meeting, I will learn more about your travel style, preferences, and budget so that I can effectively research some travel options for you.  If you have specific ideas about your next vacation, you can share those with me and I will get to work.  If you are ready to travel but are not sure where to go and how to get there, I can help with some suggestions.  Once we have had this initial trip consultation, we can further communicate by phone, text, or email, whatever works best for you.

We Review Some Itinerary Proposals

After learning about your travel preferences and what is important to you regarding your vacation, I will research some trip options for you and prepare a couple itinerary proposals to fit your requests.  We will work together to make sure your vacation plans come together just how you want them.

Time for Reservations and Deposits

Once you decide on the perfect vacation itinerary, we will need to secure your travel arrangements with a few signatures, a credit card authorization, and deposit. I then will be able to book your reservations on your behalf and finalize your itinerary.  As an independent travel agent, I have direct access to industry-leading, high-quality travel suppliers and I will book your travel reservations with each travel supplier on your behalf.

As you excitedly await your departure date, I will be sure to keep in touch with important reminders and information about your trip, final payment deadlines, and travel documents.  I will prepare a professional travel itinerary for you to have on hand while you travel that will include all important details.  When your vacation day finally arrives, you can be assured that all the major details have been taken care of and you can relax and enjoy your vacation.  I will be here for you if you have any questions or concerns during your travel and I look forward to hearing all about it when you get home!
